Part- Time Kitchen Assistant

Assist chefs with basic food preparation and ingredient portioning. Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations. Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times. Dispose of waste and keep rubbish disposal areas clean. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
