CASHIER

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process customer payments accurately through cash, mobile money, card, and other approved payment methods.

Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate cash balances.

Reconcile daily sales and cash transactions.

Attend to customer inquiries and provide friendly, professional service.

Assist customers with product or service-related queries where necessary.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and submit daily reports.

Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or irregularities promptly.

Keep the cashiering area clean, organised, and secure.

Follow all company policies, financial procedures, and cash-handling controls.

Support other branch operations when required.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.

Previous experience as a Cashier, Till Operator, or in a customer-facing role preferred.

Good numerical and basic accounting skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle cash and financial transactions responsibly.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.

Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational demands.

Must be willing to work in Ol Kalou .
