Job Summary You will lead a team of 5-6 workers to perform installation and maintenance of VRV systems, air-cooled chillers, and multi-split air conditioners. You will manage daily customer interactions, conduct site inspections and housekeeping, report work progress, and ensure tools are maintained. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a team of 5-6 workers on site to complete assigned HVAC tasks efficiently Perform installation and maintenance work on VRV systems, air-cooled chillers, and multi-split air conditioners to meet technical standards Engage with customers daily to address their needs and provide updates on work progress Conduct regular site inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the worksite Prepare and submit daily work schedules and progress reports to management Inspect tools regularly and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment readiness
