In the Management Traineeship Change Management program, you learn to realize lasting change in two years: you ensure that new strategies, processes, and systems are not only delivered but also embraced by the people who have to work with them. Year one focuses on specialized knowledge in change management, while year two covers broad consulting skills. You always combine your change expertise with substantive tasks in purchasing, supply chain, or digital. The program is open to graduates with a university master's degree and young professionals with one to three years of experience.

This is what you're going to do

• You design and guide change processes: from stakeholder analysis and change strategy to adoption in the workplace.
• You create support, one of the four pillars of our approach: thinking, doing, support, and drive, among board members, managers, and professionals.
• You develop communication, training, and guidance interventions and implement them together with the client.
• You support transformation programs with solid project and program management.
• You make change success measurable, so that clients can see what works and where adjustments are needed.
