Sales & Marketing (Japanese Speaking)

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new business opportunities.
2. Communicate with Japanese customers regarding sales activities, quotations, orders, and customer support.
3. Prepare quotations, follow up on customer orders, and coordinate with internal departments.
4. Conduct market research and develop sales and marketing strategies.
5. Visit customers and provide professional product presentations and after-sales support.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Japanese, or a related field. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above is preferred). English communication skills will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits. Both experienced candidates and motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
