Super 8 by Wyndham Kirkland Lake is looking for a *reliable, friendly, and hardworking Breakfast Attendant* to join our team.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, working independently, and making sure guests start their day with a great breakfast experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the hotel?s daily breakfast.
• Cook and serve hot breakfast items, including eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, beans, waffles, and other rotating menu items.
• Keep breakfast items stocked throughout service.
• Prepare coffee, juice, cereals, breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and other breakfast selections.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor the breakfast area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and inviting.
• Clean tables, counters, equipment, and the breakfast area throughout and after service.
• Wash dishes and properly store food and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Assist with light cleaning and other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual ? *early morning availability is essential*.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Able to work independently and stay organized during busy periods.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform regular cleaning duties.
• Previous breakfast, restaurant, kitchen, or hotel experience is an asset, but *we are willing to train the right person*.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
