Social Media Marketing Executive

We are a fast-growing cleaning services start-up. We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to own our content publishing across TikTok, Facebook and our website — keeping our channels active, engaging the audience and turning online attention into client enquiries.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content & Publishing (Core)

• Plan and publish content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and our website
• Maintain a content calendar and keep all platforms active and consistent
• Respond to comments and DMs, manage follower engagement
• Track performance (views, engagement, follower growth, leads) and report regularly

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Support the BD/sales team by turning content into client enquiries
• Create ad creatives and content for paid campaigns
• Support website content updates and content marketing

Video Editing (Secondary Support)

• Produce simple short-form videos such as cleaning before/after showcases and service introductions
• Add captions, music, transitions and on-brand visuals

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content publishing and marketing
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and website content operations
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Understand short-video trends, hooks and engagement tactics
• Fluent in English & Chinese (create content for both markets)
• Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm, on-site

Compensation: 3000-4000
