Automation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

-Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated equipment and electrical control systems in the manufacturing process.

-Develop, modify, and optimize electrical control programs to improve equipment performance and reliability.

-Support automation systems, including Siemens PLC, KUKA industrial robots, and Vision Systems.

-Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

-Monitor and improve equipment performance using MFEMA, OEE, and other key performance indicators.

-Collaborate with production, process, and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Good understanding of electrical principles, control circuits, and industrial automation systems.
3. Proficiency in at least 2 of the following 3 skills, or advanced expertise in at least 1: Siemens PLC Programming KUKA Robot Programming Industrial Vision Systems
4. Ability to modify and optimize electrical control programs.
5. Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, MFEMA, and OEE.
6. Intermediate English communication skills (able to communicate in daily work situations).
7. Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
8. Working Hours : Monday – Saturday
