Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing and dispatching materials. Manage raw materials, finished goods and inventory. Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics teams. Maintain proper warehouse organization and implement 5S standards. Monitor stock levels and minimize shortages, damages and obsolete inventory. Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff. Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with company procedures. Prepare inventory and warehouse operation reports.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. At least 3 years of warehouse management experience , preferably in a manufacturing company. Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO and warehouse operations. Experience with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel . Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Good command of English . Responsible, organized and able to work under pressure.
