PRODUCTION HELPER

Assist Production Operators in the preparation, operation, and monitoring of the production line. Ensure continuous and organized flow of materials and products along the production line. Perform proper packing, counting, sorting, labeling, and arrangement of finished products according to established specifications. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned production area throughout the shift. Assist in cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, tables, conveyors, floors, and other assigned areas according to the approved SSOP. Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are properly arranged and stored after use.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least a High School or Senior High School graduate; vocational training is an advantage. Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of cGMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety is an advantage. Physically fit and able to lift production materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Able to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Remarks: The Production Helper is responsible for assisting in production activities, product handling, packing, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the production area. The position supports Production Operators in ensuring smooth and efficient production while strictly following GMP, HACCP, SSOP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
