  • Supervise and monitor the data entry processes for all Accounts ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Oversee the data entry and verification of Stock Take records to maintain precise inventory accounting.
  • Supervise the data entry and classification of Fixed Assets, ensuring accurate recording and depreciation schedules.
  • Review purchasing documentation to ensure compliance with Egyptian law and internal approval policies.
  • Conduct internal audits on expenses to verify adherence to internal controls and approval processes.
  • Classify, analyze, and register fixed assets, including calculating and monitoring depreciation to safeguard company resources.
  • Coordinate with the Material Manager to manage scrapping processes in compliance with Egyptian regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and develop financial reports, providing insightful analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Review and mentor the preparation of bank reconciliations, as well as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations.
  • Oversee and mentor the processing of all payments, including bank transfers and cheques, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide analytical data and supporting documentation to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP systems
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS/Egyptian Accounting Standards, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory, AP, AR, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and team mentoring abilities.
