About the Role Our client is a growing women's fashion brand opening a new retail store in Orchard, and they are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Associate to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, customer service, and sales, and is ready to take on a more senior role supporting the team and day-to-day store operations. You will play an important role in delivering a premium shopping experience while supporting the team in achieving sales and operational targets. What You'll Be Doing Welcome customers and provide warm, attentive, and personalised service. Understand customers' needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Assist customers with product selection, enquiries, and styling advice. Drive sales by promoting products, promotions, and new arrivals. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling. Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well presented at all times. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays. Monitor stock levels and assist with stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and stocktaking. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Support the Store Manager/Supervisor in achieving sales and operational targets. Guide and mentor junior retail team members and provide on-the-job coaching. Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed. Assist with administrative and other ad-hoc duties when required.

Salary:  Up to $3,500 + PB Location:  Takashimaya  What We're Looking For 2–3 years or more of retail/customer service experience. Previous experience in a senior retail, supervisory, or team-leading position is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a genuine interest in providing excellent service. Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude. Comfortable working towards sales targets. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
