Head of Growth & Operations
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Growth & Operations to lead our day-to-day operations while driving business performance and sustainable growth. If you enjoy building efficient systems, leading teams, and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all SOPs are consistently followed.
- Manage the full customer journey—from inquiry and trial to membership and retention—to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
- Lead weekly KPI meetings and keep the team focused, accountable, and aligned.
- Manage trainer schedules and support smooth operational planning.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience across every touchpoint.
- Develop and execute business growth initiatives, including referral and partnership programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to monthly revenue growth.
- Review business KPIs regularly, present insights to the Founder, and ensure action plans are executed.
