QAQC Engineer

Responsibilities:

Organize, implement, and manage quality management systems according to company policies, contract specifications, and ISO 9001 standards. Perform daily quality inspections, monitor construction activities, and identify potential quality issues. Evaluate material quality, conduct regular testing, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including quality manuals, method statements, inspection reports, and test results. Work closely with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are met. Identify potential risks, implement preventive actions, and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide training to project personnel on QA/QC procedures and stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in the construction industry. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
