Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential business and consumer leads Build accurate prospect lists with contact information Make outbound calls and conduct email outreach Introduce Telovate services clearly and professionally Build rapport with prospective customers\ Ask basic qualifying questions to determine customer needs Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Follow up consistently with prospects Maintain accurate notes and follow-up dates in the CRM Track outreach activity, appointments, and results Meet established lead generation and appointment goals

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written American English Clear, professional, and easy-to-understand speaking voice Strong communication and rapport-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. prospects Confident starting conversations with new people Persistent and consistent with follow-up Strong internet research skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, Zoom, and other online tools Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is preferred
