Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering effective learning experiences for Year 2 and Year 3 pupils. Provide classroom support during lessons, activities, transitions and routines. Assist with differentiated instruction so that pupils with different learning needs can participate effectively. Support the preparation of classroom resources and learning activities. Observe pupil engagement and progress and communicate relevant observations to the class teacher. Help maintain a positive, organized and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

A minimum of NCE/BEd in Education or a related field A minimum of 1 year of experience Classroom support, differentiated instruction, British Primary curriculum familiarity
