Tender Quantity Surveyor (Junior)

Job Responsibilities: Consolidate tender documents and drawings to latest.

 Study tender documents and tender drawings to understand the tender scope of works.

 Quantity Taking Off (QTO) works approach and timeline.

Measurement works based on documents and drawings provided; accordance to the Singapore Standard Method of Measurement, ability to pick up itemised for QTO, completeness of works within the specific timeline.

Review tender specification & drawings, capture amendments

Input quantities to BQ with complete cost code, full breakdown of works with complete description, within the timeline.

Raise tender queries and/or Consolidate tender queries and send to Singapore counterpart.

Communicate with project department related to tender scope of works. Involve in technical discussion.

Complete deliverables accordance to the timeline as communicated by Singapore counterpart.

Any other duties assigned from time to time related to tenders/projects.

Quantity Taking Off Review tender specifications and drawings.

Architectural (Manual) - Autodesk Design Review.

Structural (Manual) - Autodesk Design Review or Structural

External Works & Miscellaneous (Manual Measurement) - Autodesk Design Review.

Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent

Meticulous and details oriented

Ability to work with tight deadlines

Good communication skills
