Warehouse Operator

Due to exceptional growth, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to join the logistics team at our depot in Edmonton.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in FMCG warehouse environments, who are looking build a solid career within a fast-paced operational setting. Full training will be provided.

Working shifts: Monday to Friday Early Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 Late Shift: 10:00 – 19:00

Responsibilities

• To support goods in process in terms of unloading arriving trailers when required.
• Assist the Stock and Inventory Manager to control inbound/outbound products.
• Pick orders and build pallets to be despatched to our customers.
• Put away returned stock to the correct racking location.
• Check outbound orders to ensure pick accuracy.
• Ensure pick aisle are consistently replenished in line with pick requirements.
• Assisting with warehouse optimisation.

Requirements

• Current counterbalance forklift licence.
• Powered pallet truck operations experience.
• Possess a willingness to learn including flexi forklift training.
• Have a strong work ethic demonstrated in a warehouse environment.
• Willing to take responsibility and support colleagues.
• An organised individual with the ability to work on own initiative if required.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Physically able to work in a warehouse orientated environment with experience of safe manual handling.
