Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities:

Conduct final quality inspections on completed vehicles before delivery. Verify that repairs and maintenance services meet company and manufacturer standards. Identify and document quality issues, defects, and non-conformities. Monitor workshop processes and recommend improvements. Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists. Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Prepare quality assurance reports and performance metrics. Support staff training on quality standards and best practices. Collaborate with workshop and customer service teams to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance or automotive operations. Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong reporting and documentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
