• Handle room reservations accurately, maximise conversion and communicate hotel offerings.

Requirements

• Hospitality/business qualification preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies

• Opera PMS,
• Reservation systems
• Rate plans and confirmations
• Upselling and telephone etiquette.
