Few decisions ask as much of us as choosing a home.  It is where much of life takes shape: where children might grow up, how everyday routines might feel, and what a family can build with the money they have worked hard to save. The stakes are too high to rely on sales pitches and first impressions alone. A beautiful home can still be the wrong home. The price may stretch a family too far. The layout may no longer work in five years. A promising location may come with trade-offs that are easy to miss during a viewing. At Stacked, we believe people deserve to understand those trade-offs before they decide.  Since 2017, we’ve published more than 900 articles and 150 condo reviews, reaching around 500K+ readers each month. Our research and firsthand observations help readers look beyond the listing and think more clearly about the life and financial choices behind it. About the role We are looking for a social-first Content Producer who can own a story from idea to audience. You will play a key role in translating our editorial content into social content that people will actually engage with and identify promising angles, develop strong hooks, write scripts, plan and conduct shoots, edit videos and package them for our various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You will also study how the work performs and use what you learn to make the next piece better.  This is not purely a videography or editing role. We are looking for someone who understands that a successful video begins long before the camera starts rolling. You should be curious about why people watch, what makes an idea worth sharing and how a complex property insight can be turned into a story that feels immediate and relevant. You do not need to be a property expert from day one. What matters more is that you are curious, thoughtful and willing to question the obvious. Our earlier home-tour videos grew Stacked’s audience from zero to more than 500K+ followers and helped inspire a generation of home content in Singapore. We are now building the next chapter of our video work around the questions, decisions and realities that matter to today’s property audience. You will be joining at a point where there is room to experiment, create new formats and meaningfully shape what that chapter becomes. Develop ideas and find the story Work with the team to turn research, data and property observations into compelling video ideas.

Build a useful and well-organised library of footage and reusable assets.

You may be a good fit if you: Have 2–3 years of experience in content production, social media, digital media, or a similar role, with a clear interest in how content can deepen audience understanding, not simply generate views.

Are confident across the full video production process, including pre-production planning, camera operation, framing and composition, lighting, sound recording, footage management, and post-production.

Have strong shooting and editing skills, with a good sense of pacing, structure, visual storytelling, and clarity.

Can handle basic colour correction, audio clean-up, captioning, transitions, and the formatting of videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.

Understand how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube work, from their technical requirements and platform conventions to what makes content worth watching and sharing.

Are curious about how AI can support content development and production, including ideation, research, visual creation, editing, repurposing, and experimentation, while understanding that accuracy and editorial judgement cannot be outsourced.

Can think beyond execution by contributing ideas, shaping angles, developing hooks, and finding simple, engaging ways to communicate complex topics.

Are organised and dependable, with the ability to manage files, footage, revisions, and production timelines across multiple pieces of content.

Are curious about real estate, urban living, and the decisions people make around their homes.

Bonus: Experience with AI-assisted creative tools, motion graphics, simple animation, Adobe After Effects, photography, or creating platform-native graphics and thumbnails.
