Workday HCM Recruiting Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant to join a short-term project for one of the Big Four professional services firms. The project focuses on the configuration and implementation of the Workday Recruiting module within the Workday HCM environment. You will work closely with the client, supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities. The project is 6 weeks long, fully remote, and requires ASAP availability. The role offers an opportunity to work directly with an international client in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Daily tasks

• Configuring and customizing the Recruiting module in Workday HCM according to the client's business requirements
• Working closely with the client to provide ongoing support and promptly resolve reported bugs
• Creating and performing unit tests to verify correct configurations
• Supporting end-to-end (E2E) testing processes during the implementation phase to ensure full module functionality
• Actively participating in implementation projects (Phase X), performing all necessary tasks related to Recruiting module implementation

Requirements

Active Workday HCM certification Practical experience completing at least 3-4 successful recruiting projects

Must have: Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, Workday HCM Certification
