Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for Senior Business Analyst to join our client's project. The project focuses on building a SaaS financial platform

Daily tasks

• Requirement gathering: Identify, structure, and document business and technical requirements.
• Process improvement: Analyze existing workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and propose enhancements for optimized system performance.
• Stakeholder coordination: Bridge the gap between product management, technology, and compliance teams to align expectations and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Technical specification: Develop structured, actionable requirement documents and assess feasibility in collaboration with system architects.
• Implementation support: Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into functional solutions.
• Lifecycle management: Maintain requirement traceability, track changes, and ensure consistent documentation throughout the development process.

Requirements

Our requirements

Blockchain and stock exchange knowledge Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, or a related role within fintech or blockchain sector Requirements Management A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Strong understanding of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations. DLT technologies and their applications is a plus. Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methodologies. Hands-on experience with agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
