AG is a brand-new coffee space opening soon at City Stars Mall, Nasr City. We are on a mission to serve exceptional coffee and delicious bites while creating an inviting atmosphere where our community feels right at home.

As a new shop, we are building our founding team from scratch. We’re looking for a results-driven, highly organized leader who is fluent in English to manage daily operations, maintain high service standards, and guide our team to success from day one.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional customer service, and high-quality product delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate the barista and counter support team to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, supplier orders, and waste tracking to maintain profitability and meet operational targets.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, as well as shop cleanliness across all shifts.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, manage shift scheduling, and drive local marketing efforts to grow the branch.
