Payable Accountant

Main Responsibilities

• Review payment documents to ensure they are valid, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

• Process bank transfer payments in accordance with the company's payment procedures.

• Record cash receipts, cash disbursements, and banking transactions in the accounting system.

• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and employee/vendor advances.

• Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Payable Accounting.
• Good English communication skills, including the ability to communicate and correspond via email in English.
