Geography Teacher

Responsibilities:

Core Teaching & Instruction: Lesson Planning: Develop daily and annual plans that align with school rules and standards. Delivering Content: Teach topics like climate, landforms, population, maps, and environmental issues. Interactive Tools: Use maps, globes, and digital software such as GIS to make lessons clearer.

Assessment & Administration:

Grading Work: Check tests, quizzes, homework, and projects to measure progress. Class Management: Keep order and safety in the room so all students can focus. School Duties: Attend staff meetings and keep student records up to date.

Student Engagement & Growth:

Fieldwork: Plan trips outside the classroom for real-world study. Global Awareness: Teach students to care for nature and understand world cultures. Parent Updates: Talk with families about student progress.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of NCE. No experince/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.

Remuneration: NGN 70,000
