Sr Accountant

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of General Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage large volumes of financial transactions accurately

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare adjusting and accrual journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Perform account reconciliations and transaction analysis
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization processes
• Record daily cash transactions and support property acquisition accounting
• Calculate and record company revenue and fee income
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of accounting records
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and reporting
