Job Overview
Do you enjoy capital-market puzzles and building software that solves them? Our Equity Operations team designs and maintains data pipelines that power next-generation index and ETF products. If you like turning raw market data into clean, queryable databases and mapping out how each component fits into a larger architecture, we would love to work with you.
Your Tasks
Providing support in the daily business of the Equity Operations team with a focus on index rebalancing
Helping in the automation certain workflow steps during the product lifecycle
Supporting in particular with comprehensive company research tasks for the innovative and quickly developing thematic indexing space
Working collaboratively with various internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions
Your Profile
Enrolled student in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
Interest in the stock market and investment trends
Competent user of MS-Office applications (Excel in particular)
Programming skills in Python are required
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Independent and structured working style
High level of enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork
Excellent English skills
Ideally available for a period of six months starting in October
