Job Summary
You will collect and deliver goods safely and timely to customers, follow structured routes with dispatch support, and maintain courteous service while handling various cargo types.
Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver cooked food and general cargo to customers without requiring set-up
- Ensure safe receipt, retrieval, and dispatch of goods to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Follow structured delivery routes with support from dispatch
- Communicate basic information clearly in English to support delivery tasks
- Use mobile applications effectively to manage delivery operations
- Carry loads ranging from 5kg to 30kg safely during deliveries
- Perform overtime work as required to meet delivery schedules
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative to support team goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license for van and lorry operation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Physically fit to carry loads between 5kg and 30kg
- Able to communicate and write basic English
- Able to understand the use of mobile applications

Working Hours and Schedule
- 6 working days per week, 8 hours per day
