Product Support Engineer

Job Description Provide technical support to the sales and purchasing teams for power transmission products including couplings, belts, chains, pulleys and sprockets. Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities and recommending suitable product solutions based on customer applications. Liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas principals on technical enquiries,product selection and engineering solutions. Conduct product selection, sizing and application recommendations based on customer operating conditions. Arrange customer site visits for product application support, troubleshooting and failure analysis when required.

Job Requirements Possess at least Diploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline Good communication skills Strong presentation skills Naturally Pro-active Passion in learning Focus and with attention to details
