Service Executive

What you will expect: Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food & drinks Create high standards of customer experience, be attentive towards the customers and their queries Prepare (Trainings provided) and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers at bar or through beverage runners  Coordinate with the restaurant team (stewards/bussers, kitchen staff) to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Familiarise oneself with the menu and beverage list, and confidently recommend/upsell items and specials to customers Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, communicating issues to immediate managers for resolution Perform other related duties as required by the Assistant and/or Restaurant managers Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role preferred Pleasant personality with a strong orientation towards customer service Positive attitude 5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends and PH Time: Between 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm  (Split Shift)  - 44 Hours/Week Work Location : 8 Club Street, #01-04, Singapore 069472
