Location : Skyline Mall, Nairobi West area

Nature of Business : Restaurant & Lounge

Position : Waiters

Reporting to: Supervisor/Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote and upsell the menu items, specials and promotions.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurate and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a waiter in a reputable restaurant
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Neatness and professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Honesty, reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Certificate in food & beverage service or hospitality is an added advantage
