The Director of Private Wealth Management will have overall responsibility for establishing and leading the firm's private wealth management business. The position combines  business development, relationship management, investment expertise, and team leadership . The successful candidate will define the department's strategy, build and manage a high-performing team, develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key corporate clients, and drive sustainable growth in assets under management (AUM), client acquisition, revenue, and profitability. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in private banking, wealth management, investment services, or corporate banking who combines strong commercial capabilities with an in-depth understanding of financial markets and sophisticated client needs.

Establish, develop, and lead Sirius Capital's Private Wealth Management function from the ground up.

Define and execute the department's strategic direction, business development priorities, and growth objectives.

Take ownership of the department's P&L, AUM growth, revenue, client acquisition, and active-account targets .

Originate, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), entrepreneurs, business owners, and key corporate and institutional clients .

Design and continuously enhance the private-client service model, client segmentation framework, investment offering, and go-to-market strategy.

Identify client investment objectives and coordinate tailored investment solutions across relevant products and services.

Recruit, lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of investment advisors, relationship managers, sales professionals, and other private-client specialists.

Establish clear performance objectives, KPIs, incentive structures, and accountability standards across the department.

Drive cross-border business development and client acquisition across Armenia, the CIS, the GCC, and Europe .

Work closely with investment, trading, compliance, operations, and other internal functions to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.

Ensure that all activities are conducted in full compliance with Central Bank of Armenia requirements, KYC/AML standards, suitability requirements, and internal policies .

Represent Sirius Capital in strategic relationships with key clients, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders

5–8+ years of relevant professional experience in private banking, wealth management, brokerage, investment banking, corporate banking, or a closely related financial-services environment.

Proven experience managing relationships with HNWIs and/or major corporate clients is essential.

Demonstrated team leadership and people-management experience is essential.

Strong commercial track record in client acquisition, relationship development, revenue generation, and/or AUM growth.

Comprehensive understanding of capital markets, investment products, brokerage services, and portfolio solutions .

Strong understanding of client suitability, KYC/AML principles, and the regulatory environment applicable to investment services.

Knowledge of Armenian financial-market regulation and Central Bank of Armenia requirements is highly desirable.

Experience with cross-border clients and international investment structures would be a significant advantage.

An established professional network among affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, family businesses, or corporate clients would be highly valued.

Excellent relationship-management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English .

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional qualifications such as CFA or other relevant certifications would be considered an advantage.
