Part Time Reception (2 months)

Job scope Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info Requirements Minimum 1- 2 years of customer service experience Able to commit at least 2 months (expected to work 4 days per week, including weekends) Good in interpersonal communication and love to interact with customers
