公司简介 我们是一家位于新加坡的大宗商品贸易公司,专注于铜及相关金属产品的全球贸易业务。公司在全球范围内拥有成熟的业务网络,母公司位于香港。业务涵盖现货贸易、结构性交易以及基于风险管理的交易策略。 职位概要 该人事行政经理将全面负责新加坡办公室的人力资源和行政工作,作为交易团队及公司职能部门的战略业务伙伴,同时管理日常人力资源运营、合规事务。此职位适合能够在快节奏、高商业导向的贸易环境中独立开展工作的全面型人力资源人才。 主要职责 招聘与入职: 统筹公司职能部门及交易部门的端到端招聘与甄选工作。 协调并主导员工入职、内部调动及离职流程。 维护并统一各部门的岗位描述体系。 人才管理与发展: 推动人才管理相关工作,包括高潜人才识别、继任计划及职业发展规划。 开发并组织新员工培训、入职引导及学习与发展项目。 支持绩效管理全流程,包括年度绩效评估、校准、调薪及晋升。 薪酬与福利: 参与年度薪酬及市场对标调研,审核并更新薪酬结构。 管理每月的薪资处理、假期管理、报销及员工福利管理。 HR政策、合规与运营: 管理员工执照、工作准证及各类法定文件。 维护准确的人力资源数据,并为管理层准备人事报告及相关指标。 管理法定合规事务,包括CPF缴纳、IRAS报税(IR8A/IR21)、技能发展基金(SDL)及其他监管要求。 在适用情况下,准备并提交政府补助、调查和资金申领。 员工关系与敬业度: 处理员工关系事务,包括冲突调解、纪律处分及申诉处理。 推动员工敬业度调研、活动及反馈渠道建设,营造积极、高绩效的企业文化。 作为员工在各类人力资源事务上的主要联系人。 行政: 管理办公室行政职能,包括办公用品采购、办公室维护、保险续保、供应商协调、差旅安排和公司牌照管理。 任职要求 人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业大专及以上学历。 至少5年递进式HR全面管理经验,具备大宗商品贸易、金融交易、航运、物流或其他快节奏商业环境经验者优先。 熟悉新加坡《雇佣法》及人力部(MOM)相关规定。 具备全面人力资源管理经验,涵盖招聘、薪酬福利、绩效管理、员工关系及政策制定等模块。 具备优秀的利益相关方管理能力,能够影响高级管理层及交易员。 工作作风务实、主动,能够在快节奏、多变的环境中独立开展工作。 优秀的沟通与人际交往能力;精通英文和普通话。 我们提供 在一家快速发展的国际贸易公司中主导并塑造人事行政职能的机会。 接触全球大宗商品贸易这一快节奏、充满活力的商业环境。 具有市场竞争力的薪酬与福利待遇。

About us We are a Singapore-based commodity trading company specializing in copper and related metals, with an established presence globally and our parent company headquartered in Hong Kong. Our business involves physical trading, structured transactions, and risk-managed trading strategies. Role Summary The HR & Admin Manager will own the end-to-end HR function for the Singapore office, acting as a strategic business partner to trading desks and corporate teams, while also managing day-to-day HR operations and compliance. This is a hands-on, generalist role suited to someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven trading environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection across corporate and trading functions. Coordinate and conduct onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes. Maintain and standardise job descriptions across departments. Talent Management & Development: Drive talent management initiatives including high-potential identification, succession planning, and career development. Develop and deliver training, orientation, and learning & development (L&D) programmes. Support performance management processes, including annual appraisals, calibration, increments, and promotion exercises. Compensation & Benefits: Participate in annual compensation and salary benchmarking surveys; review and update salary structures. Manage monthly payroll processing, leave administration, claims, and employee benefits administration. HR Policy, Compliance & Operations: Manage personnel licenses, work passes, and statutory documentation. Maintain accurate HR records; prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Manage statutory compliance matters, including CPF contributions, IRAS submissions(IR8A/IR21), SDL, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit government grants, surveys, and funding claims where applicable. Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback channels to build a positive, high-performance culture. Act as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters. Office Administration: Manage office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, office maintenance, insurance renewals, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and company licenses. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally within commodity trading, financial trading, shipping, logistics, or another fast-paced commercial environment. Sound knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations. Proven experience across full-spectrum HR: recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and traders. Resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin.
