Job Responsibilities
- Check daily production and delivery schedules and prepare materials/products accordingly.
- Pick materials, components and finished goods based delivery schedules.
- Pack finished goods properly according to packing instructions and customer requirements.
- Perform labelling, quantity checking and basic visual inspection before packing/shipment.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are picked and packed to avoid delivery errors.
- Assist with receiving, checking and storing incoming materials and goods.
- Issue materials to production and maintain proper movement of stock.
- Arrange finished goods in the designated storage and staging areas for shipment.
- Maintain accurate store records and assist with stock updates/documentation.
- Assist in periodic stock take and inventory counting.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the store and packing areas are clean, neat and organised.
- Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage.
- Coordinate with Production, QA and Shipping/Logistics teams when necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc store, packing and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School / NITEC or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in store, warehouse, pick & pack, manufacturing or logistics operations is preferred.
- Able to perform physical work, including handling and moving cartons/materials.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to read and follow picking lists, packing instructions and work procedures.
- Careful and responsible, with good attention to quantity and product details.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
