Position: Host / Hostess

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
• Accompany guests to their tables while ensuring a warm and seamless seating experience.
• Coordinate with the service team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Assist guests with restaurant information, menus, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Host/Hostess or in a Front Office role is preferred.
• Ready to join ASAP
