Import Logistics Specialist

What you’ll do:

Manage import shipments from port to our production warehouses Maintain accurate import and shipment data Work with TRACES, including fish Catch Certificates Coordinate incoming deliveries with Production and Warehouse teams Work closely with customs brokers and monitor declarations, duties and taxes Ensure the entire import process runs accurately and on time

What we’re looking for:

Fluent English; Russian is an advantage for communication with Russian-speaking suppliers and logistics partners in Ukraine Previous experience with TRACES and Catch Certificates Strong Excel/data management and analytical skills Experience in import logistics, manufacturing or port-related shipments Knowledge of customs processes and international transport documentation Strong communication, coordination and attention to detail
