Customer Assistant

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance : Greeting customers, addressing inquiries, guiding them to product locations, and assisting with purchases. Inventory Management : Stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring products are appropriately displayed. Checkout Support : Operating cash registers, processing transactions, handling returns, and ensuring accurate cash handling. Store Maintenance : Keeping the store clean and organized, including tidying shelves, cleaning floors, and ensuring a safe shopping environment. Collaboration : Working with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth store operations and address any issues promptly. Product Knowledge : Staying informed about the products available in the store to assist customers effectively and provide recommendations. Compliance : Adhering to store policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements:

1 year experience Diploma from a reputable institution.
