Manage foreign procurement activities starting from approved purchase requests, through purchase order issuance and supplier coordination, until the required items are delivered to the company.

Source and evaluate new international suppliers, while maintaining strong relationships with approved suppliers, agents, and existing vendors.

Handle the procurement of technical and industrial items, including pumps, fuel station equipment and accessories, piping, mechanical components, spare parts, and other related technical supplies.

Obtain and analyze quotations based on technical specifications, price, quality, lead time, payment terms, and logistics cost.

Coordinate technical requirements and specifications with Engineering, Production, Planning, Maintenance, Sales, and other concerned departments.

Negotiate with foreign suppliers regarding prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.

Prepare and follow up purchase orders and procurement transactions through SAP.

Prepare and review import-related documents, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, shipping documents, customs documents, and banking documents.

Follow up and coordinate ACI / ACID procedures through NAFEZA related to required shipment data and documentation.

Coordinate Form 4 and banking procedures related to payments to foreign suppliers.

Coordinate and follow up with the Logistics and Customs Clearance function regarding shipments, required documents, arrival schedules, and receipt of materials at the company warehouse.

Maintain and regularly update supplier databases, purchasing records, delivery schedules, and procurement reports.

Monitor procurement timelines and communicate any expected delays or supply risks to the concerned departments.

Support procurement cost-saving initiatives through supplier development, alternative sourcing, negotiation, and technical and commercial comparisons.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in Foreign Procurement / International Purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong experience in supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and vendor management.

Good understanding of technical and industrial purchasing, preferably pumps, piping, fuel station equipment, mechanical components, spare parts, or similar items.

Practical experience in RFQs, quotation analysis, purchase orders, payment terms, and international supplier negotiations.

Good knowledge of import documentation, ACI/ACID, NAFEZA, Form 4, and related banking procedures.

Experience using SAP.

Good understanding of Incoterms, shipping, logistics, and customs clearance coordination.

Strong coordination skills with Engineering, Production, Planning, Warehouses, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Excellent negotiation, follow-up, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Very good command of Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.

Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple purchase orders and priorities simultaneously.
