CRANE OPERATOR

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW CRANE OPERATOR!!!

• Crane Operation: Operate cranes used in SMW (Soil Mixing Wall) construction works safely and efficiently.
• Lifting Activities: Perform lifting, moving, and positioning of SMW equipment, materials, casings, pipes, and related components.
• Equipment Inspection: Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance checks of the crane and lifting accessories.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, signalmen, riggers, and machine operators to ensure safe lifting operations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow approved lifting plans and observe all construction site safety procedures.
• Load Handling: Ensure all lifting activities are performed within the crane's rated capacity and operational limits.
• Productivity: Maintain efficient crane operations and report equipment issues, delays, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualifications/Requirements: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SMW CRANE OPERATOR!!!

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes in SMW, piling, foundation, or heavy construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, load handling, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Language Skills: Able to speak and communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
• Safety: Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and lifting operations.
• Core Skills: Good coordination, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction site conditions and extended hours when required.
