Chinese Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes. Develop and maintain high-quality food presentation and taste. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards are maintained. Monitor inventory levels and recommend kitchen supplies when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Ensure meals are prepared and served on time. Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chinese chef. Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good time management and organisational skills. Attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Culinary certification is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 230,000 Monthly
