• Ability to prevent security incidents, theft, and operational failures through effective supervision and planning.

• Experience in conducting thorough background checks to ensure guards recruited are honest, reliable, and of good character.

• Ability to verify guarantors or references for every guard before employment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to deploy guards efficiently and maintain high service standards across all client sites.

• Experience in preparing operational reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.
