Primary Responsibility : Development and maintenance of BIM models. Job Scope:
- Create and update discipline-specific BIM models.
- Produce shop drawings from BIM models.
- Ensure model accuracy and completeness.
- Incorporate design revisions.
- Support clash detection exercises.
- Extract quantities and schedules when required.
- Maintain model data and documentation.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and site team.
Requirements: • Certificate or relevant qualification in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or a related discipline. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in Singapore construction projects. • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
