CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Monitor and oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and quality standards

Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues that arise

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site

Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities, including resource allocation and task delegation

Identify and address any challenges or risks that may impact project timelines or budgets, and propose solutions

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to construction progress, incidents, and performance
