Night Manager

Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin is looking for a responsible and experienced Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s overnight operations and ensure a seamless, safe, and high-quality guest experience throughout the night.

​​​​​Take overall responsibility for hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Act as the main decision-maker during the night, handling guest concerns, operational issues, and emergencies.

Coordinate and oversee departments operating during the night, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.

Supervise the Front Office night team and ensure efficient guest service and front-office operations.

Monitor the overall guest experience, proactively addressing requests and concerns.

Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments when necessary.

Monitor and report incidents, technical issues, and other important overnight matters.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Provide a clear and complete handover to the morning management team.

Previous experience in hotel operations or Front Office, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Opera PMS .

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Customer-oriented approach and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Fluency in Armenian, English and   Russian .

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts.

Work Schedule: 5 days per week / 2 days off

Working Hours: Night shift, 23:00–08:00
