Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical and emotional health needs to develop individualized care plans under the direction of the Home Administrator Implement nursing care plans by performing clinical procedures that address patients’ immediate physical and emotional needs Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans to ensure optimal health outcomes Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and support holistic well-being Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Nursing from recognized training institutions approved by Singapore Nursing Board Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate
