Last-Mile Delivery Operations Executive (Fleet & Driver Coordination)
Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month Full-Time | 5.5-Day Work Week Location: Jalan Pemimpin
Koko Delivery is looking for a reliable, proactive and organised Delivery Operations Executive to manage our daily delivery operations and freelance driver network.
We're looking for someone who can plan ahead, spot problems early and take action without needing to be constantly reminded or followed up with.
This is a hands-on operations role involving driver manpower planning, daily delivery coordination and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan driver manpower based on upcoming delivery volumes
- Ensure sufficient drivers are secured in advance
- Prepare daily driver schedules and job allocations
- Coordinate and monitor drivers during delivery operations
- Handle driver shortages, delays and last-minute changes
- Recruit and maintain a reliable pool of freelance drivers
- Communicate with clients and drivers on operational matters
- Identify potential problems early and propose solutions
- Follow through on operational issues until they are resolved
What We're Looking For

- Takes initiative without requiring constant instructions
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet or delivery operations preferred
- Experience managing freelance drivers is an advantage
- Class 3(A) driving licence required
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week

When you see a potential problem, you start working on solutions and communicate it early.
We don't expect everything to go perfectly. We do expect someone who takes ownership, follows through and can be depended on to keep operations moving.

This is a hands-on last-mile delivery operations role.
You will be responsible for planning daily driver manpower, coordinating a pool of freelance drivers, allocating deliveries, monitoring live delivery progress and solving manpower or delivery issues.
Prior experience in last-mile delivery, fleet operations, dispatch or driver coordination is strongly preferred.
As we are a growing SME, this is not a purely supervisory/management position. You will be expected to be hands-on and assist with general operational tasks when required.
