Senior Waiters / Senior Waitress

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar F&B position.
• Previous experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress or Captain is preferred.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, SOPs, and basic F&B products.
• Skilled in order taking, serving, clearing, table setting, and guest handling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to guide and support junior team members during daily operations.
• Well-groomed, friendly, responsible, proactive, and guest-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
