Quality Technician

Follow and adhere to Quality processes Read drawings, wire lists and bills of materials (BOMs)

Install pre-labeled harnesses using Work Instructions

Perform basic visual inspection, verify proper torque (when needed), and apply proper torque marks (when needed)

Fill out Quality Checklists and the Inspection Data Base

Respond to Production Line calls for Quality concerns or needs

Identify deficiencies, record them properly, and request Rework as needed

Follow up with the appropriate channels when concerns are identified

Communicate with other team members to solve problems

Requirement Good understanding of – or ability to learn – Teams, Excel, Outlook

Detail-oriented and solution-focused

Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and calls
